Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Driftwood Productions (UK) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 07599881, registered office Queens Gardens, Brighton, BN1 4AR), governing your use of the AI Shooter application, website and DaVinci Resolve plugin (together, the "Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What AI Shooter is

AI Shooter is a workflow tool that lets you drive third-party AI image and video generation engines from a single interface, on its own or as a DaVinci Resolve plugin. AI Shooter is software only. It does not itself generate media and it does not resell compute.

2. Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) & third-party providers

The £10/month subscription is for access to the AI Shooter application only. It does not include any rendering, compute, credits or media generation.

To generate anything, you connect your own API keys for third-party providers (for example fal, Runware, Krea, Kie, Muapi, GetImg, Runway, ElevenLabs and others). You acknowledge and agree that:

3. Subscription, billing & renewal

4. Refunds & your right to cancel

Because the Service is digital content and access is supplied immediately on subscribing, by subscribing you request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel (right of withdrawal) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for the current billing period.

Accordingly, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or granted by us at our discretion. You remain free to cancel at any time to prevent further charges. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights.

5. Acceptable use & generated content

As between you and us, you own the content you generate through the Service (subject to the terms of the provider that produced it). You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it. You agree not to use the Service to create, store or distribute content that:

Some connected engines are capable of producing explicit or uncensored output. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any such engine, and any resulting content, is lawful and complies with that provider's terms. We do not review or moderate the content you generate, and we accept no responsibility for it.

6. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to subscribe.

7. Availability, AI output & no warranties

We aim to keep the Service available but provide it "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Because core functionality depends on third-party providers we do not control, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service produces output using artificial-intelligence models operated by third parties. We make no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, quality, completeness, originality, non-infringement or reliability of any output, and you use any output at your own risk. You are solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating output before you rely on, publish or distribute it. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties; this does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Driftwood Productions (UK) Ltd and its officers and staff against any losses, damages, liabilities, costs and reasonable legal fees arising out of or in connection with:

Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify us for liability we cannot lawfully exclude, or that arises from our own breach, negligence or wilful default.

9. Intellectual property & takedown

The AI Shooter application, website, branding and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws; nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of them to you. As between you and us, you keep the rights you have in your own inputs and output, subject to the terms of the provider that produced them.

If you believe content created or distributed through the Service infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact support@ai-shooter.com with enough detail to identify the material and your rights, and we will review and act on valid notices, which may include removing content or suspending accounts. Note that output files are generated on and stored on the user's own device and are typically not held on our servers.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that:

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

12. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.
